My background consists of 14 years management experience for New York Telephone Co (AT&T) as a Business Office Supervisor. I then started my family and choose to be a stay at home mom, doing various volunteer activities. I returned to work as an educator in an Elementary School as a Title One Reading and Math Specialist. I spent the past 10 years in education and retired in June 2005. I moved to Florida in October 2005 and obtained my Real Estate License. I pride myself in providing exceptional customer service. I always make my customer's #1 goal, my #1 goal.
I believe in continuing to educate myself about the real estate profession. I take advantage of the educational opportunities that are available at the Board of Realtors. I recently completed my GRI designation, Graduate of Real Estate Institute. I also have my e-PRO designation.
As our market has changed, I have changed with it. I have become a short sale expert. Closing over 90% of my short sale listings. I do my own negotiations and have helped many clients get out from under a home they can no longer afford.
